KEY COMPONENTS AND BASES FOR THE WORD OF GOD

INTRODUCTION

The ultimate desire of God is not just that men live, but that they live in truth, freedom, and intimacy with Him. Everything God does — from His Word, to His Spirit, to His power — is geared toward one eternal aim: saving men.

In this teaching, we’ll explore the key components that surround the Word of God and what a true minister of God must carry to fulfill Heaven’s assignment.

PART 1: GOD’S DESIRE THROUGH HIS WORD, POWER, AND SPIRIT

1. The Goal of God is Salvation and Worship

The heartbeat of God is that all men be saved and come into fellowship with Him. The entire plan of redemption is to return man to the place of worship and dominion — the very purpose for which we were created (John 4:23, 2 Peter 3:9).

> “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” – Luke 19:10

2. The Word of God Brings Knowledge of the Truth

God’s Word is not just a book of information. It is a revelation that liberates. Without truth, there is no freedom (John 8:32). The Word exposes the lies of darkness and introduces men to divine light.

3. The Power of God Sets People Free by Force

Bondages are not negotiated with — they are broken. That’s why the anointing exists: to destroy yokes and open prison doors (Isaiah 10:27). A minister must not only preach; he must carry power.

4. The Spirit of God Enables Victory and Transformation

It is not enough to be saved; we must walk in victory. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy, love deeply, discern wisely, and remain spiritually strong. It is the Spirit that builds lasting character.

5. The Assignment of the Minister: Save at All Cost

Whether it is through the Word, the anointing, the flow of the Spirit, or acts of compassion, the ultimate goal of ministry is that souls be saved. Paul said, “By all means, I might save some.” (1 Corinthians 9:22)

PART 2: WHAT A MINISTER NEEDS TO FULFILL HIS ASSIGNMENT

1. A Genuine Walk with God

A minister doesn’t just need to talk about God; he must walk with God. Your relationship with Him is the foundation of your relevance. Without intimacy, your assignment becomes empty activity.

2. The Word of God for Direction and Evangelism

God’s Word gives revelation, boldness, and strategy. You cannot reach men if you don’t feed on the Word. Evangelism becomes powerful when rooted in scripture and spirit-filled utterance.

3. The Power of God to Break Yokes

The kingdom of God is not in mere words but in demonstration (1 Corinthians 4:20). Preaching without power makes room for mockery. Power confirms your message and opens men’s hearts.

4. The Spirit of God for Character and Discipline

A minister’s longevity depends on his private life. The Spirit of God helps you resist sin, grow in love, and develop spiritual stamina. Without discipline, the anointing becomes dangerous.

5. Understanding Your Calling and Dimension

Not every minister is called to operate the same way. Some are apostles, some teachers, some prophetic voices. You must know your spiritual DNA — where you are graced to function best — and build there (Romans 12:6).

CONCLUSION

Ministry is not a show. It’s a rescue mission. And for that mission, you need more than ambition — you need God, His Word, His Spirit, and His power. Above all, you must carry His burden for souls.

> “Lord, make me a vessel that saves men — at all cost.”
